How to make a country-style shelf

If you need a shelf for storing kitchen utensils, you can easily make it yourself. To do this, you will need an old wooden pallet and very little time.

1. Find the right material

To make a shelf, you need a strong pallet without significant damage.

2. Turn over the pan

4. Take a sheet of plywood

It will be needed for the manufacture of shelves.

5. We measure

Measure the height and length of the base of the pallet, these dimensions are necessary for the manufacture of the bases of the shelves.

Then we transfer the dimensions to a sheet of plywood and cut out the base.

The number of bases depends on how many shelves will be in the rack.

7. We beat the base

Nail the resulting bases to each shelf, respectively.

Fasten parts of the shelves on each side with at least four nails. This will ensure structural strength.

8. Done

After fixing all the details, you can hang the shelf in any convenient place in the kitchen. This design is ideal for country-style kitchens.
