  • A glass of milk;
  • A tablespoon of sugar;
  • A glass of oatmeal;
  • One chicken egg;
  • Two tablespoons of vegetable oil;
  • A pinch of salt;
  • Soda and vinegar as a baking powder (half a teaspoon).
Cooking:

Break the egg into a deep bowl, add salt and sugar, beat the mixture with a whisk until foam.

TIP: It is not necessary to have a whisk or mixer on hand. You can beat the dough with a fork. The taste of pancakes will not change depending on how you used it.
