Maybe you are lucky, who grew up in the village and knows the village way of life. Or maybe this picture is inspired by films. It is possible that now you live in a village. And all of you are united by the desire to find out what today's village house is. In other words, what is a rustic style of home, apartment interior today?

Country style - nostalgia for the past or a tribute to fashion

The rustic style of the interior, a country, appeared in the late nineteenth - early twentieth century. The style is very interesting. Remarkably combines elements of the past and present. In each country he has his own image. The most common village styles are Russian, French, English. With a natural originality, they all have common characteristics:

The modern Russian style cannot do without such an important, immediately rushing interior element as beam ceilings, rafters. In the old Russian huts, these structures were open to the eye. It was then that the patches appeared, hiding them. But, if there is a desire to have additional space in the room, you can build a party. Very original and comfortable design. You should not miss such a moment of style as wooden floors. They look great if they are made from previously used floorboards, of course, previously restored.

Without a fireplace, stone walls are unlikely to create cosiness for the room.

The presence of antiquity is a hallmark for all types of rustic styles. Furniture in the interior of the French style must necessarily bear the print of past centuries. This is achieved by artificially aging her. Simple in form, but with its inherent French grace. Usually walnut, oak or chestnut are used for its production. English rustic style - nobility and aristocracy

The English style stands out among other rustic styles, primarily with its furniture. Furniture sets are preferably made from light wood.

Armchairs always have a high back and armrests, which makes them very comfortable for relaxing. This arrangement is very conducive to lengthy discussions on philosophical topics. The English style is characterized by large windows. Glasses are most often segmented. The frames are thin. Textiles on the windows are preferred with a traditional English pattern - a cell. By the way, a checkered pattern can also be seen in the upholstery of furniture.

The walls are papered with floral themes. However, a simple coating with plaster and its subsequent painting is not excluded from the option of decorating walls and ceilings.
