Pork Beef Stroganoff Recipe
Mom taught me how to cook a dish. In cooking, it is simple, and there are many variations of spices and sauces.Ingredients:

- I cut the pork into small pieces and beat on both sides. After I cut into thin strips.
- I send the meat to the pan and fry in oil.
- I clean the onion, rinse and cut into quarters.
- As soon as the excess liquid boils, and the meat is browned, add chopped onion.
- Stir and fry until the onion becomes golden. After I add salt and spices.
- I pour sour cream into the pan. Mix, cover and carcass over medium heat for about 20 minutes.
I keep the meat on the stove until the sauce boils. But, you can stop cooking, even if the sauce is not boiled away.

- I set the baking mode in the slow cooker and fry the meat with onions, stirring occasionally, 15 minutes. After adding flour and frying for another 5 minutes.
- I add chopped tomato to the slow cooker and let it stand for about 7 minutes.
- Pour in water and sour cream, salt, pepper and sprinkle with spices. Mix well.

- cheese - 150 g
- bay leaf, pepper and salt
- I cut the meat into slices across the fibers and beat it well. I cut each piece of beef into strips.
- Fry in oil for 10 minutes, add chopped onions and cook another quarter hour.
- Pour in the cream, add bay leaf, salt and pepper. Reduce the heat, cover the dishes and leave the meat to stew for 10 minutes.
- I spread beef stroganoff in a baking sheet, sprinkle with grated cheese and put in the oven for 40 minutes. Bake at 200 degrees.
Beef stroganoff recipe in mushroom sauce
Beef stroganoff is a very tasty dish, and if you add fried mushrooms to the sauce, it is better than oyster mushrooms, it turns out even tastier.Ingredients:

- fresh mushrooms - 250 g
- sour cream - 5 tbsp. spoons
- mustard - 2 tsp
- salt and pepper
- I wash the pork, cut it into small pieces and beat it with a hammer. I cut each piece into strips.
- I wash onions and mushrooms and chop finely.
- I heat a little vegetable oil in a pan, add onions and mushrooms, stew for 20 minutes on low heat. After adding pepper, salt, mustard and mix.
- In another pan I heat some oil and fry the meat over high heat for 10 minutes. Salt the pork and spread it on a plate. At the same time, I make sure that the oil is good in glass.
- Add fried meat to mushrooms with onions and pour sour cream.
- Mix, cover the dishes and keep on the stove for about 3 minutes. After removing beef stroganoff from the fire. Before serving, I decorate with greens.
